摘要
德育是构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系的重要组成部分,在落实立德树人、培育时代新人中发挥着举足轻重的作用。德育一体化建设是落实国家教育战略、培养全面发展的人的重要基础。德育一体化理念的提出在很大程度上源于德育的碎片化与系统性之间的冲突与张力。德育一体化建设需要遵循普遍性与特殊性辩证统一的哲学理念,坚持公共价值与个体价值共融的基本价值导向。探索德育一体化建设的实践路径,应聚焦于立德树人的根本宗旨,构建一体化的德育目标体系;凸显课程育人,建构一体化与多元共治的德育课程体系;推进协同育人,形成德育实施的开放性体系;坚持评价引领,创建一体多样的德育评价体系。
Moral education,a significant part of the educational system targeting students’ all-around development in morals,intelligence,sound constitution,aesthetics,and job skills,plays an important role in the cultivation of new-era talents by molding high morals. The integration of moral education,an important basis for the implementation of China’s educational strategy and the cultivation of talents attaining all-round development,derived to a great extent from the conflicts and tensions between fragmented moral education and systematized moral education. It needs to follow the philosophy of dialectically unifying universality and particularity,and adhere to the basic value orientation integrating public value and individual value. To explore the practice of the integration of moral education,we need to focus on the fundamental aim of cultivating talents with high morals and build an integrated system for moral education;highlight the curriculum-based cultivation of talents by building an integrated and diversified system for the curriculum of moral education;promote collaborative education by developing an open system of moral education;and guide moral education by creating an integrated and diversified evaluation system.
