摘要
在新技术时代,职业教育需要遵循科学主义与人文主义的双重价值逻辑,以此彰显职业教育的技术理性。面对新技术时代数字化、网络化、智能化的"现代性"应然愿景与职业教育人才培养模式的"传统性"实然样态之间的冲突与博弈,需要以跨界思维充分彰显职业教育的技术逻辑,以培养具有超越职业能力、追求技术精神的技术型人才,体现其技术的"价值性"属性,凸显其技术的"现代性"逻辑。技术型人才的培养是一个动态的发展过程,表现出与技术演进的历史关联、技术迭代的实践助推、技术介入的理性融合,进而表征出职业教育技术理性在历史、社会与空间上的三重逻辑。职业教育的技术理性体现在"自然人"、"学校人"、"职业人"、"生命人"与"社会人"五位一体和谐统一的逻辑路向上。职业教育技术理性追求的最高境界体现在技术精神上,既要体现人对技术精神的理性追求,也要体现社会对技术精神的生动彰显。因此,职业教育技术理性的追求需要超越技术的工具性,追寻技术的人文性,通过横跨"职业域"、"技术域"、"教育域"与"社会域"培养具有时代精神和社会价值的技术型人才,促进人、社会、职业、技术与教育在物质与精神世界中实现跨界融合、和谐共生,从而使职业教育在横跨其他界域的过程中彰显其技术的价值逻辑和时代精神。
In the era of new technology,vocational education needs to follow a dual-value logic of scientism and humanism to reflect its technological rationality.Faced with the conflicts between the necessary modernism featured by digitalization,Internetization and intelligence and the present traditional talent-training mode of vocational education,we need to pursue technology-oriented vocational education through cross-border thinking so as to cultivate technical talents beyond vocational abilities and in pursuit of technical spirit,and demonstrate the value and modernism of technology.The cultivation of technical talents is a dynamic process of development that mirrors the historical relevance to technology,the progress in technology in the practice,and the rational integration of technology,thereby representing the"triple logics"for the technological rationality of vocational education in history,society and space.The technological rationality is reflected in the harmonious unity of the"natural man,"the"school man,"the"professional man,"the"life man,"and the"social man";its ultimate pursuit lies in the technical spirit,reflecting man’s rational pursuit of the technical spirit,as well as society’s need for the technical spirit.Therefore,to pursue the technological rationality,we need to seek the humanity of technology beyond the instrumentality of technology,and by integrating occupations,technology,education,and society,cultivate technical talents with modern spirit and of social value so as to promote the cross-border integration and the harmonious co-existence of man,society,occupations,technology and education in the physical world and the spiritual world,thus helping vocational education highlight its technological value and modern spirit in its integration with other areas.
