Influence of different cooling methods on mechanical properties of high-strength Q460 steel

摘要 为研究冷却方式对高强Q460钢力学性能的影响,用自然冷却和控制冷却方法进行试验。控制冷却用自动控温电炉加热高强Q460钢,用SANS微机控制电子万能试验机测试力学性能。分析不同冷却方法、不同厚度高强Q460钢的应力-应变、屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率等。对控制冷却下高强Q460钢的铁素体晶粒、强度、韧度进行分析。结果表明:控制冷却样本强化程度高于自然冷却样本;在不同冷却速度下,随温度升高,自然冷却的屈服强度变化趋势大致相同;控制冷却样本随冷却速度加快,铁素体晶粒逐渐细化,抗拉强度和屈服强度升高,伸长率下降。 In order to study the effect of cooling methods on the mechanical properties of high-strength Q460 steel,experimentswere carried out using natural cooling and controlled cooling methods.An automatic temperature control electric furnace forcooling was used to heat the high-strength Q460 steel,and the electronic universal testing machine controled by the SANSmicrocomputer was used to test the mechanical properties of the samples.The stress-strain,yield strength,ultimate strength andelongation of high-strength Q460 steel treated by different cooling methods and with different thicknesses were analyzed.Theferrite grains,strength and toughness of high-strength Q460 steel under controlled cooling were analyzed.The results show thatthe controlled cooling sample is more strengthened than the natural cooling sample.At different cooling rates,as the temperatureincreases,trend of the yield strength varzation of natural cooling is roughly the same.With increase of the cooling rate,theferrite grains of the controlled cooling sample is gradually refined,its tensile strength and yield strength increase,elongationdecreases.
