铝/铜合金自冲铆接头性能的研究 被引量:2

Research on properties of aluminum/copper alloy self-piercing riveting joints

摘要 以铝合金AA5052、铜合金H62为研究对象,分别制备铜-铝、铝-铜两种自冲铆接头,探究两者静力学关系。通过静力学试验,测试接头静失效强度,计算其能量吸收值,从宏观角度分析接头失效行为。结果表明:铜-铝接头在成形质量、最大静失效载荷和能量吸收3个方面均优于铝-铜接头。与铜-铝接头相比,铝-铜接头成形质量波动较小;两种接头的失效模式均为铆钉从下板拉脱,上板出现不同程度的翘曲。两组接头下板损坏程度不一,铜-铝接头下板铆接孔边沿出现金属层撕裂和塑性变形。铝-铜组接头下板铆接孔四周金属塑性变形较小,金属表面完好。 AA5052 aluminum alloy and H62 copper alloy were taken as research objects.Copper-aluminum and aluminum-copper self-piercing riveting joints were prepared respectively,and the static relationship between them was explored by the mechanical test,the static failure strength of the joint was tested and its energy absorption value was calculated.And the failure behavior of the joints was analyzed from a macroscopic point of view.The results show that the copper-aluminum joints are superior to the aluminum-copper joint in terms of forming quality,maximum static failure load and energy absorption value.Compared with copper-aluminum joints,the aluminum-copper joints have less forming quality fluctuations.The failure mode of the two joints is the pull-off of the rivets from the lower sheet,and different degrees of curvature of the upper sheet.The degree of damage for the lower sheet of the two sets of joints is different.The tearing and plastic deformation of the metal layer appears on the edge of the riveted hole of the lower sheet of the copper-aluminum joint.The plastic deformation of the metal around the riveted hole of the aluminum-copper joints is small,and the metal skin is intact.
