摘要 截至2019年,中国已成功投运多个特高压交流输变电工程,在广阔的三华(华北、华中、华东)地区已经初步建成特高压交流电网骨干网架。中国2004年底提出发展特高压输电技术,首个特高压交流输电工程——晋东南–南阳–荆门特高压交流试验示范工程于2009年1月投运,至今已陆续建成多个工程,经历了技术突破、规模化建设和完善提升3个阶段。依托工程实践,中国全面掌握了特高压交流输电从规划设计、设备制造、施工安装、调试试验到运行维护的全套核心技术,成功研制了代表国际电工装备制造最高水平的全套特高压交流设备,具备了国际上功能最全、试验参数水平最高的高电压、强电流试验能力,建立了特高压交流输电技术标准体系。该文从特高压交流工程设计、设备研制、施工建设和标准体系建设等方面介绍了中国特高压交流输电技术及其工程应用成果。 Many ultra high voltage(UHV) AC power transmission projects have been put into commercial operation successfully in China. By the end of 2019, a backbone of UHV AC power grid has been built in the vast area of Sanhua(North, Central and East China). China proposed the target of developing UHV transmission technology at the end of 2004. The first UHV AC transmission project was put into service in January 2009 named as Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen UHV AC demonstration project. At present, a lot of UHV AC transmission projects have been finished step by step in China which has experienced three stages of technological breakthrough, scale construction and improvement. Relying on engineering practice, China has mastered a full set of core technologies for UHV AC transmission from planning and design, equipment manufacturing, construction, installation, commissioning and testing to operation and maintenance, and a complete set of UHV AC equipment representing the highest level of international electrical equipment manufacturing has been successfully developed, and established the high voltage and strong current test capability with the most complete function and the highest test parameters as well as the standard system of UHV AC transmission technology. In this paper, China’s UHV AC transmission technology and its engineering application achievements were presented including the UHV AC engineering design, equipment development, construction and standard system construction etc.
