摘要
多电发动机是多电飞机的核心,内装式高速起动发电机是多电发动机的关键性支撑技术。该文论述多电发动机基本概念,结合内装式高速起动发电机集成位置和运行环境特点,系统总结了多电发动机高速起动发电机系统发展现状,并提出内装式高速双凸极起动发电技术;分析铁心材料对电机运行性能的影响规律,研究转子应力分布和并列结构转子动力学特性,结合关键参数敏感度分析,提出基于铁心材料特性与转子稳定性约束的高速双凸极起动发电机优化设计方法;研制高速油冷双凸极起动发电机原理样机,完成起动与发电实验验证。电励磁双凸极电机兼具结构坚固可靠和发电控制简单的优势,在多电发动机内装式起动发电系统中具有重要的应用价值。
The more electric engine(MEE) is the core component of the more electric aircraft(MEA). The internal high-speed starter/generator is a significant foundation for the MEE. The basic concept of the MEE was expounded in this paper. Combined with the characteristics of the integrated location and operation environment in the MEE, the development status of switched reluctance starter/generator systems and permanent magnet starter/generator systems applied to the MEE was discussed. The high-speed doubly salient starter/generator was proposed. The optimization design method of a high-speed doubly salient starter/generator considering rotor stability and material characteristics was further proposed. Finally, the structural-paralleled prototype was developed and the experimental verifications were given. The doubly salient electromagnetic machine featuring advantages of robust and reliable structure and simple generation control has the important application value in the aircraft starter/generator system.
