2015~2019年山东省综合超市蜚蠊侵害调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解山东省综合超市蜚蠊种类、侵害率、密度、分布特点、生态习性、季节消长趋势等变化规律,为山东省综合超市蜚蠊防治提供依据。方法用粘捕法,采集2015~2019年山东省病媒生物监测省级监测点综合超市蜚蠊数据,分析其种类构成比,蜚蠊密度差异及季节消长规律;采用R 3.6.2软件CATT包进行蜚蠊年侵害率趋势性检验。结果2015~2019年共粘捕蜚蠊3969只,经鉴定分别为德国小蠊、美洲大蠊2种。蜚蠊总平均密度为1.03只/张。其中,2019年蜚蠊密度最高,为2.48只/张;2015年蜚蠊密度最低,为0.21只/张。总平均侵害率为5.64%。其中2019年蜚蠊侵害率最高为9.59%。2015~2019年山东省综合超市蜚蠊侵害率有上升趋势(P<0.01)。结论山东省综合超市德国小蠊为绝对优势虫种,蜚蠊侵害率总体上呈上升趋势,2019年蜚蠊侵害率和密度较高。 Objective To understand the variety,invasion rate,density,distribution characteristics,ecological habits,seasonal fluctuations and other changes of cockroaches in the comprehensive supermarkets in Shandong province,so as to provide the basis for the control of cockroaches in the comprehensive supermarkets in Shandong province.Methods The cockroaches were captured by sticky trap.Cockroach data of supermarkets at the provincial level of vector monitoring was collected in Shandong province during 2015-2019to analyze the species composition ratio,cockroach density differences and seasonal fluctuations;R3.62software CATT package was conducted a trend test of the annual rate of cockroach infestation.Results A total of 3969cockroaches were caught during 2015-2019,which were identified as Blattella germanica and Periplaneta americana respectively.The total average density of cockroaches was 1.03per sheet,of which the highest density of cockroaches was 2.48per sheet in 2019,the lowest density of cockroaches was 0.21per sheet in 2015,the total average infestation rate was 5.64%.The highest infestation rate of cockroaches in 2019 was 9.59%(P<0.01).The infestation rate of comprehensive supermarkets in Shandong province showed increase trend during 2015-2019(P<0.01).Conclusion Blattella germanicais the absolute dominant specie in urban supermarkets in Shandong province;cockroach density and infestation rate are generally on the rise.In 2019,cockroach infestation rate and density are relatively high.
