摘要 目的了解曲靖市手足口病疫情变化趋势,为防控提供科学依据。方法收集2014~2018年曲靖市手足口病病原学数据,对全市手足口病时间趋势、人群分布特征以及病原构成等进行分析。结果2014~2018年全市累计检测手足口病例3360例,检测结果为阳性的标本共计3007份,阳性率为89.49%(3007/3360);手足口病检测阳性标本各年间3种亚型构成比不完全相同(P<0.01);5年间3种亚型构成比两两比较差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。每年3月份开始上升,4~7月为主要的发病高峰,9~11月形成第2个小高峰。5年手足口病检测阳性标本不同地区3种亚型构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。从年龄分布分析,2010~2018年,手足口病例各年龄组构成比不完全相同(P<0.01),两两比较,除5与≥6岁的构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余均差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论2014~2018年曲靖市5岁以下儿童仍是手足口病的高危人群,其他肠道病毒有上升的趋势。 Objective To understand the trend of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)epidemic situation in Qujing city,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control.Methods Etiology data of HFMD was collected to analyze the time trend,population distribution characteristics and pathogen composition in Qujing city during 2014-2018.Results From 2014to 2018,a total of 3360HFMD cases were tested in Qujing city,and 3007positive samples were found,with apositive rate of 89.49%(3007/3360).The composition ratios of the 3subtypes of HFMD were not identical in each year(P<0.01).The differences of the 3subtypes in pairwise comparison over 5years were also statistically significant(P<0.01).It began to rise in March every year,and the main peak of the disease was from April to July,and the second small peak was formed from September to November.The composition ratios of the 3subtypes of HFMD in different regions were not identical,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).According to the analysis of age distribution,from 2010to 2018,the composition ratio of HFMD cases in different age groups were not identical(P<0.01),and pairwise comparison showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the proportions of 5-6and≥6,the rest were statistically significant.Conclusion Children aged<5years old are still at high risk of HFMD in Qujing city during 2014-2018.The proportion of other entero-viruses is on the rise.
