2018年福州市依托社会组织开展已婚男男性行为人群艾滋病监测

Surveillance relying on social organizations on AIDS among married men who have sex with men,Fuzhou city,2018

目的了解福州市已婚男男性行为人群(MSM)性行为特征与艾滋病感染情况,提出有针对性的防控建议,减少福州市艾滋病新发感染率。方法依托福建省性病艾滋病防治志愿者协会开展问卷调查与血液检测,建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果2018年共获得福州市MSM艾滋病调查有效问卷3838份,其中已婚MSM者824名。不同样本来源间年龄差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),通过互联网/交友软件交友占83.25%(686/824);HIV初筛阳性率为4.49%,梅毒初筛阳性率为8.13%,HCV初筛阳性率为0.24%。HIV初筛阳性组艾滋病知识知晓率低于阴性组(P<0.01),通过线上网络招募的已婚MSM知晓率最高(P<0.01)、文盲的艾滋病知识知晓率最低(P<0.01);最近1年接受过安全套发放艾滋病咨询与检测的占89.44%(737/824),最近1年接受过安全套发放艾滋病咨询与检测的HIV抗体阳性率低于未接受服务者(P<0.05);最近半年,异性性行为较同性性行为发生率低(P<0.01);同性性行为时从不使用安全套的HIV与梅毒检测阳性率高于每次都使用,同性性行为发生时每次都使用安全套者的艾滋病知识知晓率高于从不使用者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论福州市已婚男男性行为人群交友以网络软件为主要途径,HIV检出阳性率有所降低,安全套使用情况较差。

Objective To understand the characteristics of married men who have sex with men(MSM)sexual behavior and AIDS infective situation in Fuzhou city,and put forward targeted prevention suggestions to reduce the new HIV infection rate.Methods Relying on Fujian Volunteers Association of STD&AIDS Prevention and Control to carry out questionnaire survey and blood test,database was established to carry out statistical analysis.Results In 2018,a total of 3838valid MSM AIDS questionnaires were obtained,including 824married MSM respondents.The difference in age among different sample sources was statistically significant(P<0.05),make-friend through the Internet/dating software was 83.25%(686/824);the HIV-antibody positive rate was 4.49%,the syphilis positive rate was 8.13%,and the HCVantibody positive rate was 0.24%.The awareness rate of HIV knowledge in HIV positive group was lower than that in HIV negative group(P<0.01);the highest awareness rate of married MSM recruited through online network(P<0.01);the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge of illiterate was the lowest(P<0.01);in the last year,89.44%(737/824)of them had received HIV counseling and testing;in the last year,the HIV antibody positive rate of those who had received HIV counseling and testing was lower than those who had not received services(P<0.05);in the last 6months,the incidence of heterosexual sex was lower than that of homosexual sex(P<0.05).The HIV-antibody positive rate of never using condom in homosexual sex was higher than that of using condom every time,the HIV knowledge awareness rate of people who used condom every time in homosexual sex was higher than that of never using condom,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Network software is the main way to make friends among married MSM in Fuzhou city.The positive rate of HIV detection has been reduced,and the use of condoms is poor.
