摘要
目的调查分析鹤壁市碘缺乏地区8~10岁儿童年龄、性别、身高、体重、体表面积等非缺碘因素对甲状腺容积的影响。方法2019年4~7月,按照国家方案要求,在鹤壁市碘缺乏地区的淇县、浚县抽取不同方位10所小学的400名8~10岁儿童,进行尿碘、身高、体重、甲状腺容积等指标测定,对其中尿碘在100μg/L以上的334名儿童的甲状腺容积相关非缺碘因素进行分析。结果年龄、体表面积均与甲状腺容积具有正相关性(P<0.01),多元线性回归分析显示体表面积、年龄的标准偏回归系数分别为0.31(P<0.01)和0.17(P<0.01)。结论鹤壁市碘缺乏地区8~10岁儿童的年龄、体表面积与甲状腺容积呈正相关,性别、身高、体重相关性不强。
Objective To investigate and analyze the influence of non-iodine deficiency factors such as age,sex,height,weight and body surface area of children aged 8-10years in the iodine deficiency area of Hebi city on thyroid capacity.Methods According to the requirements of the national plan,400children aged 8-10years old from 10primary schools in different locations were selected from Qi county and Jun county in the iodine deficiency area of Hebi city,and urine iodine,height,weight,thyroid volume and other indicators were measured.The thyroid volume related non-iodine deficiency factors of 334children with urine iodine above 100μg/L were analyzed.Results Age and body surface area were positively correlated with thyroid volume(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the standard partial regression coefficients of body surface area and age was 0.31(P<0.01)and 0.17(P<0.01),respectively.The effect of surface area on thyroid volume was higher than age.Conclusion In the iodine deficiency area of Hebi city,the age and body surface area of children aged 8-10years are positively correlated with thyroid volume,and the correlation between gender,height and weight is not strong.
