摘要
目的了解北京市顺义区北小营镇水痘流行病学特征,为社区水痘疫情防控提供参考依据。方法收集全民健康疾病预防控制信息系统报告的2014~2018年北小营镇水痘病例及水痘个案调查表,采用描述性流行病学方法进行统计学分析。结果2014~2018年北京市顺义区北小营镇共报告水痘病例131例,无死亡病例,年平均发病率为66.34/10万。男性病例64例,女性67例,男女发病比例为0.96∶1。水痘的高发年龄为10~14岁组,占发病总数的23.66%(31/131)。职业主要为学生,其次为散居儿童和工人,分别占发病总数的45.80%(60/131)、13.74%(18/131)、11.45%(15/131)。水痘疫情主要集中在11月至次年1月(49例、37.40%),5月再次出现发病高峰(24例、18.32%)。地区分布显示病例主要集中在北小营村,外来流动人口发病率(137.32/10万)显著高于本地居民发病率(62.18/10万)(P<0.01)。结论北京市顺义区北小营镇水痘高发人群为学生,发病季节高峰明显。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Beixiaoying town,Shunyi district,Beijing city,so as to provide the reference for prevention and control of varicella epidemic in community.Methods Thevaricella case questionnaires and varicella cases in Beixiaoying town during 2014-2018was collected from National Health Disease Prevention and Control Information System,and statistically analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 131varicella cases were reported in Beixiaoying town during 2014-2018,with no deaths.The average annual incidence was 66.34/105.There were 64male cases and 67female cases,the incidence ratio of male to female was 0.96∶1.The age group with high incidence of varicella was 10-14years old,accounting for 23.66%of the total.The occupation was mainly students,followed by scattered children and workers,accounting for 45.80%,13.74%and 11.45%respectively.The varicella epidemic concentrated in November-February of the following year(49cases,37.40%),with a peak again in May(24cases,18.32%).The regional distribution showed that the cases were mainly in Beixiaoying village.The incidence of floating population(137.32/105)was significantly higher than that of local residents(62.18/105)(P<0.01).Conclusion The population with high incidence of varicella is students in Beixiaoying town,Shunyi district,Beijing city,and the peak season is obvious.
