Recent 10 years witnesses specific prescription of Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with tic disorder

专方是治疗某一类疾病的特定处方,通过总结学习中医治疗儿童抽动障碍(TD)疗效显著的名医经验,认为多数医家以专方治疗本病,或是自拟方,或是在经方、时方的基础上加减化裁,形成治疗儿童TD的基本处方。从专方治疗儿童TD入手,名医自拟方以脏腑辨证为纲,善用经方、时方者以基本处方为纲,依次对其总结、论述,以期为临床治疗儿童TD提供思路和参考。

The specific prescription is used for treating certain diseases.By summarizing and learning the experiences of famous doctors who have treated children with tic disorder(TD)efficiently with Chinese traditional medicine,the author holds that most doctors treat TD with specific prescription,or with self-made prescription,or with addition and subtraction medicinal on the basis of classical prescription or current prescription,whereby forms the basic prescription for treating children with TD.This paper starts from the specific prescription for treatment of children with TD,the famous doctors’self-made prescription takes syndrome differentiation of viscera as the outline,those who excel at using the classical or current prescription basically take prescription as the outline,then summarize and discuss these in order to provide ideas and references for clinical treatment.
