基于Simcenter 3D的某人字齿轮箱振动响应分析 被引量:2

摘要 齿轮箱的振动响应分析计算对传动方案的优选、振动噪声预测及其运行安全性评估具有重要作用,齿轮动态啮合力是齿轮箱振动响应的主要激励源。基于Simcenter 3D软件使用ISO+CAI解析法与FE Preprocessor法对某人字齿轮箱的动态啮合力进行求解,并使用模态叠加法得到齿轮箱的振动响应结果。对两种方法的计算结果与试验测试结果进行了对比,验证了两种方法在工程实际上的可行性,比较了两种方法的求解精度,结果表明,FE Preprocessor法的计算准确度更高。 The analysis of the vibration response of the gearbox plays an important role in the optimization of the transmission scheme,prediction of vibration noise and the evaluation of its operational safety.The dynamic meshing force of the gearbox is the main source of excitation for the vibration response of the gearbox.Based on Simcenter 3 D software,this paper uses ISO+CAI analysis method and FE Preprocessor method to solve the dynamic meshing force of a herringbone gearbox,and uses the modal superposition method to obtain the vibration response results of the gearbox.The calculation results of the two methods are compared with the experiment test results,which verifies the practical feasibility of the two methods in engineering and the accuracy of the two methods are also compared.The results indicate that the FE Preprocessor method has higher calculation accuracy.
