摘要
为完善福建省“二元制”人才培养模式,介绍了福建省“二元制”人才培养模式的发展现状,其主要特征是:企业与学校二元主体、学徒与学生二元身份、师傅与教师二元教学、企业与学校二元管理、企业与学校二元评价、毕业证与职业资格证二元证书、全日制与非全日制二元学制。实施思路是改革招生考试办法、转变教学方式、重新构建课程体系、强化实习实训、突出行业企业导师责任、完善学业考核机制。总结了福建省“二元制”人才培养模式的实施经验,即精准选择试点专业,严格遴选合作企业,制订科学的项目运行方案。
In order to perfect“binary system”talent training model in Fujian Province,the paper introduces the development situation of“binary system”talent training model in Fujian Province.Its main characteristics are binary subject of enterprise and school,identity of apprentice and student,teaching of master and teacher,management of enterprise and school,evaluation of enterprise and school,certification of diploma and professional qualification certificate,and educational system of full-time and part-time.The implementation ideas are reforming entrance exam method,transforming teaching method,reconstructing course system,strengthening training,highlighting tutor’s duty of industry and enterprise,and perfecting study appraisal mechanism.The paper summarizes the experience of“binary system”talent training model in Fujian Province,i.e.accurately selecting experimental specialty,strictly selecting cooperative enterprise,and formulating scientific project operation scheme.
