摘要
实施校企合作人才培养模式,可以有效地提高大学生的实践能力,使其专业技能及综合素质能够满足企业的需求,对学生今后的发展打下坚实的基础。各高校应高度重视校企合作的人才培养模式,并提供促进技能人才培养模式路径,为国家经济发展培养出更多有技能的优质人才。
Application of cooperation between school and enterprise in training skilled talent can effectively improve undergraduates’practical ability,make their professional skill and comprehensive quality satisfy the requirement of enterprises,and lay solid foundation for students’further development.Colleges and universities should focus on the talent training mode of cooperation between school and enterprise,and provide path for skilled talent training mode,in order to train more high-quality skilled talent for economic development in China.
