摘要
为了实现高职百万扩招后的教学管理改革创新,对扩招学生的学情特点进行了分析,即知识结构存在差异,学习目的明确,对学习时间和空间有特殊要求,使高职院校在人才培养目标定位、学籍管理、教学单位编排、教学课程内容安排、教学评价等方面均面临着新的挑战。提出了高职院校百万扩招教学管理创新的突破路径:合理实施调研,了解学生需求;制定适用于扩招生的教学管理制度;弹性灵活地安排授课时间和授课内容;立德树人,做好柔性化管理;建立科学的考核评价机制。高职院校应在充分调研后制定适用于扩招学生的教学管理制度体系、课程体系及人才培养方案,以保证学生可以充分利用碎片化时间来进行系统性学习。
In order to achieve the innovation of teaching management reform after million increase enrollment of higher vocational colleges,the paper analyzes the characteristics of enrollment students,i.e.different knowledge structures,clear study goal,and the specific requirements of study time and space.These bring challenges to the target location of talent training,student status management,teaching unit arrangement,teaching course content arrangement,and teaching evaluation,etc.The paper proposes the breakthrough pathway of teaching management innovation after million increase enrollment of higher vocational colleges,i.e.rational practice investigation and knowing students’demand;formulating teaching management system,which is suitable for the increase enrollment students;arrange teaching time and content flexibly;paying attention to moral composition,and doing flexible management;establishing scientific examination and evaluation system.Higher vocational colleges should establish the teaching management system,course system and talent training scheme suitable for enrollment students after full investigation and survey,in order to ensure the students fully use fragment time to study systematically.
