高等职业教育作为高等教育中不可或缺的组成部分,在人才培养中起到了十分重要的作用。高职院校担负着培养技能型人才的任务,在校企合作订单式的培养和孵化基地的建设、就业服务平台的构建中,积极开展校企合作、协同育人的教育新模式,共同构建科研平台,创建实习实训基地,不断提升高职院校在社会服务方面的能力。

As the inadequate part of higher education,higher vocational colleges have play a very important role in training talent.Higher vocational colleges should take the responsibility of training skilled talent.It is suggested to actively develop the cooperation between school and enterprise,and the new education model of cooperative education,to cooperatively construct scientific and research platform,to construct training base,and to continuously improve the social service ability of higher vocational colleges during the construction of cooperative order-oriented training base and employment service platform.
