民办高校校企协同模式下大学生创新创业研究

Research of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Undergraduates Under Cooperation of Schools and Enterprises of Private Colleges and Universities

为在校企协同模式下促进大学生创新创业能力的提升,分析了民办院校校企协同对大学生创新创业教育改革的作用,指出了大学生创业能力培养中存在的问题,提出民办院校校企协同创新创业教育的改革策略。应强化创新创业意识,更新教学理念,增加创新创业基础资源,完善具有专业特色的创新创业课程体系,重新确立校企协同合作培养的目标定位,校企共建大学生创业能力培养体系,协同培养大学生自主学习能力。

In order to promote the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship of undergraduates under cooperation of schools and enterprises,the paper analyzes the effect of cooperation of schools and enterprises of private colleges and universities on education reform of innovation and entrepreneurship of undergraduates,points out the problems of the training of entrepreneurship ability of undergraduates,and proposes the reform strategy of innovation entrepreneurship education of private colleges and universities.It is suggested to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness,update teaching concept,increase basic resource of innovation and entrepreneurship,perfect innovation and entrepreneurship course system of specialized characteristics,redefine the object position of cooperation training of schools and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship ability training system of cooperation of schools and enterprises,and cooperatively train the study ability of undergraduates.
