来华留学生管理中面临的问题及对策

高校来华留学生管理工作中面临的问题主要包括:在文化差异影响下学生管理工作易产生冲突和矛盾、留学生管理工作人员自身能力不够、高校现行留学生管理制度不够完善、留学生师资队伍水平有待提升。提出了提高留学生管理工作质量的对策:注重把控来华留学生的质量,建立突出人性化的留学生管理制度,加强对留学生的日常管理,强化高校留学生配套师资队伍的建设。大力开展来华留学生教育工作不仅可以为其他国家培养出高素质、高水平的优秀人才,同时还能有效传播中国文化,以促进各个国家之间的沟通交流。

There are problems of management of international students in China,including conflicts in students management influenced by culture difference,inadequate ability of international students management staff,imperfect current international students management system in colleges and universities,and international students’teaching staff level needing improvement.The paper proposes international students management quality,including focusing on the quality control of international students to China,establishing personalized international students management system,strengthening the daily management,and strengthening the construction of matched teaching staff.Vigorous development of international students education in China can not only train high-quality and high-level excellent talents for other countries,but also effectively spread Chinese culture and promote communication with other countries.
