The paper summarizes the policy and compares the connotation of enlarging autonomy in running schools of public colleges and universities in Guangdong Province,analyzes the problems and policy development,and proposes suggestions for enlarging autonomy in running schools of colleges and universities from three aspects,i.e.government,colleges and universities,and society.
