高校教师多元化培训体系探析

Exploration of Diversity Training System of Teachers in Colleges and Universities

教师素质的高低与教学质量有着十分重要的联系。教师的素质应随着时代的发展变化而不断提升。通过对高校教师进行多元化的培训,采用继续教育培养体系,并利用多元化的培训方式,提高高校教师的综合素质,并提出改革高校教师多元化培训体系的有效策略。

There is an important correlation between teachers’quality and education quality.Teachers’quality should be improved with the development of the era.It is suggested to improve the teachers’comprehensive ability in colleges and universities through the diversity training,continuous education training system and diversified training mode.Effective strategies are proposed to reform diversity training system of teachers in colleges and universities.
