摘要
探讨大众健身操对女大学生体质健康状态的改善情况。女大学生进行健美操锻炼应该适应难度,完成健美操锻炼,并定期打卡,进行健美操学习。健美操对女大学生的身体机能、身体力量具有一定影响,给出了女大学生学习健美操的多种方法。可运用多媒体进行学习,自行设计动作,个性化学习。
The paper explores the improvement situation of public bodybuilding exercise on health situation of female colleges students.Female college students should do and study aerobics regularly according to the difficulty degree.Aerobics has certain influence on somatic function and power on female college students.The paper lists many methods of studying aerobics for female college students.They should use multimedia to study,design movements and study individually.
