信息化时代高校后勤管理建设研究

为提高高校后勤管理工作的服务质量和服务效率,为师生提供后勤保障,阐述了高校后勤管理信息化建设的必要性,分析了高校后勤管理信息化建设中存在的问题,提出了解决高校后勤管理信息化建设的策略。应高度重视信息化建设及后勤管理人员,完善信息化设备的建设,培养高素质的信息化建设人才,制订整体规划,开展专项研究,鼓励社会力量积极参与,将后勤管理与信息化技术相结合,强化以师生为中心。

In order to improve the service quality and efficiency of logistics management of colleges and universities,and to provide logistics guarantee for teachers and students,the paper expounds the necessary of informatization construction of logistics management,analyzes the problems,and proposes the strategies.It is suggested to focus on informatization construction and logistics staff management,perfect informatization equipment construction,train high-quality informatization talent,formulate overall planning,develop special project,encourage social strength to actively participate,combine logistics management with informatization technology,and emphasize teachers and students orientation.
