大数据背景下职业教育人才培养模式转型研究——以会计专业为例 被引量:5

摘要 为促进职业教育人才培养模式的转型,分析了大数据和人工智能背景下传统会计人才培养模式的现实困境,如会计人才能力的脱节,会计课程设置有待优化,会计师资队伍有待完善。提出了会计人才培养模式的变革路径,即创新课程教学体系,加强学生信息化能力,推动校企合作机制,构建信息化实训平台,加强教师团队建设,建立跨学科合作机制,提升会计专业人才的基本素质。 In order to promote the talent training mode transformation of vocational education,the paper analyzes the dilemma of traditional accounting talent training mode under big data and artificial intelligence background,such that the ability of accounting talent isn’t enough,the allocation of accounting courses needs optimization,and accounting teaching staff team needs perfection.Reform pathway of accounting talent training mode is proposed,i.e.innovating course teaching system,strengthening students’information ability,promoting schools and enterprises cooperation system,constructing information training platform,enhancing teaching staff team construction,establishing interdisciplinary cooperation mechanism,and improving talent’s basic quality of accounting profession.
