Research of Main-Branch Library System Construction of Public Libraries

为促进公共图书馆总分馆建设的持续发展,分析了萝北县图书馆总分馆制的建设情况,提出了总分馆建设实践中存在的问题,即领导意识不强,分馆人员管理不受总馆限制,无法实现有效控制,分馆无固定的长期投入,总馆压力加大。针对问题,提出了改善建议,即提高认识、争取政府大力支持、坚持分馆建设标准、注重实效、建设持续发展的“统一管理型”总分馆模式。

In order to promote the sustainable development of main-branch library system construction of public libraries,the paper analyzes construction situation of main-branch library system construction of Luobei County Library,proposes the problems of construction practice,i.e.leadership consciousness is not strong,staff management of branch library isn’t limited by main library and achieve effective control,branch library doesn’t get long-term investment,and pressure of main library is large.According to the problems,the paper proposes improvement suggestions,i.e.to improve consciousness,strive for strong support of the government,adhere to branch library construction standard,focus on practical efficiency,and construct main-branch model of sustainable development of“unified administrative model”.
