校友资源对民办高校学生就业创业促进作用探究——以S学院为例

Exploration of Promotion Function of Alumni Resources on Students’Employment and Entrepreneurship of Private Colleges and Universities——Through Taking S College as an Example

随着民办教育的大力发展,民办高校作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,在人才培养、科学研究、文化传承、服务地方等方面发挥了重要作用。民办高校因政策、自身发展等多种因素限制,就业创业工作还有很大的提升空间。分析S学院开发利用校友资源取得的成绩和民办高校校友资源开发与利用中存在的问题,并提出开发利用校友资源、促进就业创业工作的建议,推动民办高校就业创业工作更好更快地开展。

With the rapid development of private education,as the important part of higher education system in China,private colleges and universities have played an important role in talent training,discipline study,cultural inheritance and service local regions,etc.Limited by the policy and development,there are shortcomings in employment and entrepreneurship in private colleges and universities.The paper analyzes the achievements of alumni resources development in S College,and the problems in alumni resources development and utilization in private colleges and universities,and proposes the suggestions for the development and utilization of alumni resources,in order to better promote the employment and entrepreneurship of private colleges and universities.
