莆田市保育护士人才需求状况调查分析与对策

Investigation,Analysis and Countermeasures of the Demand for Nursing Talents in Putian City

以了解莆田市用人单位及社会人群对保育护士人才的需求状况、为高校专业设置及人才培养方案制订提供参考为目的,采用随机抽样方法对莆田市区20家幼儿园的教师及家长进行问卷调查。共265名(93.97%)调查对象认为幼教机构有必要或非常有必要配备保育护士。不同人群对保育护士知晓情况差异具有统计学意义(t=2.047,P=0.039)。不同幼儿园性质、不同人群对保育护士的认同度差异具有统计学意义(t=2.286,P=0.023;t=4.496,P=0.000)。幼儿心理发展知识是社会人群认为幼儿园目前最需要培训的内容。保育护士专业设置具有可行性和必要性。

In order to understand the needs of child care nursing talents for employers and social groups in Putian City,so as to provide references for professional settings and talent training programs in colleges and universities,a questionnaire survey was conducted among teachers and parents of 20 kindergartens in Putian City.A total of 265 respondents(93.97%)considered it was necessary or very necessary to equip preschool education institutions with child care nurses.There was statistically significant difference in the awareness of nursing nurses among different groups(t=2.047,P=0.039).There were statistically significant differences in the recognition degree of nurses in different kindergartens and groups(t=2.286,P=0.023;t=4.496,P=0.000).Children’s psychological development knowledge is the content that the social crowd think the kindergarten needs training most at present.It is feasible and necessary to set up the child care nursing profession.
