多管组气混槽的改进设计

摘要 气体搅拌槽常用于黄金选冶行业金精矿氰化厂的浸出工艺,因其结构简单,维护便捷,气体作用混合均匀,有利于金精矿的浸出等特点,常常做为浸出工段的主要设备替代机械搅拌型浸出槽。某金精矿氰化选厂计划选购一批大型平底气体搅拌槽,结构与以往气体浸出槽差异较大。通过对常规多管组气混槽的改进设计、取样试验及结果分析,槽内矿物、药剂及载金碳混合均匀,得到了良好的工艺指标。槽体拥有更大的作业容积,并取得了较好的作业效果。 Gas agitator is an infusion technology,which is usually used in gold concentrate cyanidation plant of gold and metallurgical industry.It is characterized with simple structure,easy maintenance,homogeneous mixing of gas function and is benefit for infusion of gold concentrate.So it is usually used as the main equipment substitute for mechanical agitation in infusion stage.A gold concentrate cyanidation plant is planning to choose a large-scale flat base gas stirring agitator bath,and the structure is greater different from gas infusion tank.Through the improvement design,sampling test and result analysis,there is an homogeneous mixing of mineral,medicament and carbon with gold in the tank,with good technology index.Tank owns larger operation volume,and achieves better operation effect.
