听神经鞘瘤的治疗及脑神经保护的相关研究进展

摘要 随着立体定向放射和显微外科技术的不断发展,直径小于3 cm的听神经瘤的立体定向放射疗法得到了进一步改进,成为一种非常有效的治疗方法。但对于直径>3 cm的听神经瘤,显微镜检查手术仍然是主要的治疗方法。介绍了显微神经外科手术、MRI检验技术、神经电生理监测技术、部分切除伽马放射技术、立体定向放射技术、内镜的优势与检查方法及应用神经电物理监测、术中采用内窥镜以及听神经瘤合并伽马射线部分切除术的研究进展。多数神经外科医生采用伽马放射疗法,使患者的情绪及功能得到更好的维护,生活质量得到进一步改善。 With the continuous development of stereo taxis radiation and microsurgery technology development,there is further improvement of stereo taxis radiation of diameter<3 cm auditory nerve tumor.And it is a very effective treatment method.For diameter>3 cm auditory nerve tumor,microscopic examination is still a main treatment method.The paper introduces the research progress of micro neurosurgery,MRI inspection technique,nerve electrophysiology monitoring technology,ablation gamma radiation technology,stereo taxis radiation technology,advantages of endoscope and inspection method and neuro-electricity physics monitoring,endoscope and auditory nerve tumor combined with gamma ray partial excision during operation.Gamma radiation therapy is used by most neurosurgeons.This can better maintain the emotion and function,and it can improve quality of life.
