恢复期精神分裂症患者的综合护理干预效果研究

Research of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Effect of Schizophrenic Patients in Convalescence

研究恢复期精神分裂症患者康复护理中综合护理干预的效果。选取2019年5月—2020年4月选择在哈尔滨第一专科医院接受恢复期精神分裂症治疗的60例患者,随机分为综合组与普通组,每组各30例。综合组采用综合护理干预,普通组采用普通护理干预,对比两组患者的护理满意度和焦虑、抑郁评分。结果表明,两组患者的护理满意度差异显著,综合组较满意患者13例,占43.33%,满意患者15例,占50.00%,不满意患者2例,占6.67%,总满意率为93.33%;普通组较满意患者11例,占36.67%,满意患者15例,占50.00%,不满意患者4例,占13.33%,总满意率为86.67%,综合护理干预组的护理满意率显著优于普通组(χ^2=7.6545,P<0.05),两组差异有统计学意义。干预前,两组的焦虑、抑郁评分差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后,两组的焦虑、抑郁评分差异显著,综合组的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于普通组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。在对恢复期精神分裂症患者的康复护理中综合护理干预的效果好于普通护理组,护理满意度更高,焦虑、抑郁评分更低,值得临床推广应用。

The paper researched the comprehensive nursing effect of schizophrenic patients in convalescence.60 schizophrenic patients in convalescence in Harbin First Specialized Hospital from May,2019 to April,2020 were selected,and they were divided into comprehensive group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.Comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and control group received common nursing intervention.Nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression score of two groups were compared.There was statistically significant difference in nursing satisfaction of two groups.In comprehensive group,there were 13 patients with relatively satisfaction,accounting for 43.33%;15 patients with satisfaction,accounting for 50.00%;2 patients with dissatisfaction,accounting for 6.67%;and the total satisfaction rate was 93.33%.In control group,there were 11 patients with relatively satisfaction,accounting for 36.67%;15 patients with satisfaction,accounting for 50.00%;4 patients with dissatisfaction,accounting for 13.33%;and the total satisfaction rate was 86.67%.Nursing satisfaction rate of comprehensive nursing intervention group was significantly superior to control group(χ^2=7.6545,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression of two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The anxiety and depression score of comprehensive group was significantly lower than control group after operation(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.Comprehensive nursing intervention effect of schizophrenic patients in convalescence was better than control group,nursing satisfaction was better,and anxiety and depression score were lower.So it was worth clinical promotion.
