混凝土衬砌板剥蚀原因及处理方案

冻融剥蚀、混凝土碳化、水流磨蚀、建设期施工工艺不合理以及挤压破坏是导致混凝土衬砌板产生剥蚀的主要原因。需要在建设期严格控制施工工艺,尽量避免在冰期输水,及时对剥蚀的混凝土进行维修养护,防止范围扩大。通常用表面贴补法和抹面材料来处理衬砌板剥蚀问题。NE型水泥基聚合物干粉砂浆和YEC环氧涂层这两种材料在修补中比较常用,经济、可靠、安全、稳定,具有一定推广意义。
