电力企业物资计划管理新模式分析

Analysis of the New Mode of Material Planning Management in Electric Power Enterprises

为提高电力企业的经济效益,加强采购效率及采购质量,分析了电力企业物资计划采购管理中存在的主要问题,即计划采购管理制度不规范,物资采购监管制度不完善,物资采购模式落后。提出了解决物资计划采购管理问题的策略,应规范物资计划采购管理制度,完善物资采购监管制度,更新物资计划采购模式,认识到集中采购的必要性,促进物资计划采购工作的信息化管理。

In order to improve the economic benefits of electric power enterprises and strengthen the procurement efficiency and quality,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the material planning purchasing management of power enterprises,including that the planned procurement management system is not standardized,the supervision system of material purchase is not perfect,and material procurement mode lags behind.This paper puts forward some strategies to solve the problems of material planned procurement management,including standardizing the management system of material planned procurement,perfecting the supervision system of material planned procurement,updating the mode of material planned procurement,recognizing the necessity of centralized procurement,and promoting the information management of material planned procurement.
