摘要
输电线路防外破在线巡检系统对保障输电线路的安全运行具有重要意义,针对目前巡检方式可靠性不高、误报率较大、效率低下等问题,研究基于机器视觉的智能外破识别算法,并利用互联网+及视频监控相结合的技术,设计了一种输电线路防外破在线巡检系统,对监控图像进行预警分析,及时发现安全隐患,或在事故发生后快速定位故障点,实现线路走廊现场的可视化和运维的智能化。同时,还通过在湖北省宜昌市供电公司实地试验的方式,分析试验结果并验证了该系统的检测结果准确率较高。
The online patrol inspection system for transmission lines is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of transmission lines.For the problems of low reliability,high false positive rate and low efficiency of the current inspection methods,the intelligent external recognition based on machine vision is studied.Algorithm,and using the combination of Internet+and video surveillance,designed a transmission line anti-external online inspection system,early warning analysis of surveillance images,timely detection of security risks,or rapid location of faults after an accident,Realize the visualization and operation and maintenance of the line corridor scene.At the same time,through the field test of the power supply company in Yichang City,Hubei Province,the test results were analyzed and the accuracy of the test results of the system was verified to be high.
