新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医院感染管理工作的思考

Reflection on the work of nosocomial infection management during corona virus disease 2019 outbreak

新型冠状病毒肺炎现已蔓延至全国各省。由于其传染性强,潜伏期长,人群普遍易感等特点,导致感染人数多。特别是医务工作者,其处在防控工作的第一线,与患者直接接触,极易导致新型冠状病毒肺炎在医患之间、患者之间的传播和流行,出现医院感染的暴发,使科室、医院医疗工作瘫痪。因此,加强疫情期间医院感染的管理,做好院内新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控工作,成为医疗机构感染管理部门的头等大事。该文主要从疫情信息掌握、防护知识培训、就诊流程设计、防护用品使用、消毒灭菌工作等几方面进行介绍,以进一步明确感染控制部门的相关职责和任务。

Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)has spread all across the country.Due to its highly contagious capability with relatively long incubation period and high incidence of susceptibility in the population,it has led to a large number of infected cases.Especially medical practitioners who are working at the frontline of disease prevention and control.They stay in direct contact with the patients that it can easily lead to the spread of COVID-19 epidemic among doctors and patients and among patients themselves,which will give rise to nosocomial infection outbreaks and paralyze the medical work in departments and hospitals as well.Therefore,strengthening the management of nosocomial infection during the epidemic and improving the prevention and control of COVID-19 has become top priority for departments of hospital infection control in medical institutions.In this article,we mainly introduce current information for COVID-19,prevention training,process designing in hospital,the use of PPE,disinfection and sterilization etc.We hope this will help to further clarify the duties and tasks for departments of infection control.
