摘要
脑梗死患者常因脑结构的受损而出现功能障碍,对此类患者的预后及脑功能的评估具有重大的临床意义。脑电监测作为代表性的实时、无创电生理监测工具之一,对脑血流及脑代谢改变极其敏感,对于脑梗死患者脑功能评估、预后的预测有重要的指导意义。本文回顾了近年来脑电监测技术在脑梗死领域的相关研究,总结了脑梗死后的脑电图改变以及与脑梗死预后相关的特征性脑电图改变,并展望未来脑电监测技术在脑卒中领域的应用。
Cerebral infarction patients often have dysfunction due to the damage of brain structure,which is of great clinical significance for the evaluation of brain function and prognosis of such patients.EEG,as one of the representative non-invasive and real-time electrophysiological monitoring tools,is extremely sensitive to changes in cerebral blood flow and brain metabolism,and has important guiding significance for the evaluation of brain function and prediction of prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction.This paper reviewed the recent studies on EEG monitoring in the field of cerebral infarction,summarized the changes of EEG after cerebral infarction and the characteristic EEG changes related to the prognosis of cerebral infarction,and looked forward to the application of EEG monitoring in the field of stroke in the future.
