累及Hand knob区的分水岭梗死致“垂腕”1例及文献复习

A case of watershed infarction in Hand knob area with"Wrist drop"as its manifestation and literature review

目的探讨以“垂腕”为主要临床表现的分水岭梗死的临床特点及影像学特点。方法收集1例以“垂腕”为主要临床表现的分水岭梗死患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果Hand knob区受累的分水岭梗死也可使患者出现单纯“垂腕”症状。结论“垂腕”不仅是周围神经系统受累的标志,也可由于Hand knob区受累的分水岭梗死所致。

Objective To study the clinical and imaging features of watershed infarction with"Wrist drop"as manifestations.Methods The clinical and imaging features of Hand knob watershed infarction are analyzed retrospectively with related literature reviewed.Results Watershed infarction in Hand knob area might lead to"Wrist drop".Conclusion"Wrist drop"is not only a sign of peripheral nervous system damage but also a clinical manifestation of watershed infarction in Hand knob area.
