简要介绍了强制性国家标准GB 18030《信息技术中文编码字符集》各版本修订的内容,重点对该标准在信息技术领域的实施要求,如对“中文”的理解、适用对象、用户自定义区、条文强制等概念进行解读;并就与标准有关的问题作了论述。
This paper introduces contents of editions of GB 18030 Information technology-Chinese coded character set.The discussion focuses on understanding of the requirements,such as“Chinese”,applicable targets,private use area,partially mandating.Some other issues in which readers may be interested are also discussed.
