将反面案例融入中药学临床带教实践中的探索与思考

摘要 目的:本文提出将反面案例融入中药学临床带教实践,旨在解决"理论易与实际脱节"和"现有带教模式僵化"的通病。方法:从中药药事管理、中药饮片质量把控、中药处方点评和中药饮片调剂等4个方面入手,探索搭建起中药学实习生带教的初步内容框架,并从上述四方面分别引入反面案例的教学。结果:实习生对反面案例的接受程度较高。结论:引入反面案例,相信能为深入推进中药学实践的教学改革提供新的教学思路。 Objective: This paper probed into the integration of negative cases into clinical teaching practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM),aiming to solve the common problems such as "disconnection between theory and practice"and"the rigidity of the existing teaching mode". Methods: This paper explored the preliminary content framework in the teaching practice of TCM interns,and introduced negative cases into teaching from the following four aspects: TCM management,quality control of TCM decoction pieces,TCM prescription comment and dispensing model of TCM decoction pieces. Results: The interns showed high acceptance on integrating negative cases in TCM teaching. Conclusion: Integration of negative cases provides a new idea for accelerate the reform of TCM practice and teaching.
