临床药师干预下某院辅助用药管控效果分析

Management and control effects of adjuvant drugs under the intervention of clinical pharmacist in a hospital

目的 对比分析2016~2018年间临床药师通过事前审方干预后,辅助用药使用情况的变化,为规范辅助用药使用提供参考.方法 采用回顾性统计分析方法,对该院2017年临床药师干预前后辅助用药销售金额、使用频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析.结果 自临床药师对辅助用药进行事前审方以来,辅助用药销售金额、DDDs、DDC等均明显降低,且与干预前存在显著性差异(P<0.05);但尚有个别品种的辅助用药部分指标无显著性差异.结论 该院辅助用药自临床药师事前审方干预后,使用较为合理,但仍需加强多部门协同管控,强化干预措施.

Objective To compare and analyze the changes in the use of adjuvant drugs under the intervention of Prescription checking beforehand by clinical pharmacists in a hospital during 2016~2018,so as to provide reference for the standard application of adjuvant drugs.Methods Retrospective method was adopted,statistical analysis was conducted on consumption sum,defined daily dose system(DDDs)and defined daily cost(DDC)of adjuvant drugs before and after the intervention by clinical pharmacists in 2017.Results Since the intervention of prescription checking beforehand of adjuvant drugs by clinical Pharmacists,the consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of adjuvant drugs have been significantly reduced,and there are significantly different from the indexes before the intervention(P<0.05);but there are still no significant differences in some indicators of individual varieties of adjuvant drugs.Conclusion After the intervention of prescription checking beforehand by clinical pharmacists,the application of adjuvant drugs is basically rational,but it is still necessary to strengthen multi-sector cooperation and strengthen intervention measures.
