乌司他丁与盐酸戊乙奎醚联合组合式血液净化治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的疗效评价

Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of combined blood purification with ulinastatin and penehyclidine hydrochloride in patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的 分析乌司他丁与盐酸戊乙奎醚联合组合式血液净化治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的效果.方法 回顾性选取2014年2月~2019年9月78例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者,将接受盐酸戊乙奎醚联合组合式血液净化治疗的38例作为对照组,将接受乌司他丁与盐酸戊乙奎醚联合组合式血液净化治疗的40例作为观察组,比较两组疗效、治疗前及治疗2 d后血清炎性因子水平[血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)]、不良反应发生率.结果 与对照组(68.42%)对比,观察组总有效率(90.00%)较高(P<0.05);治疗2 d后,观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者接受乌司他丁与盐酸戊乙奎醚联合组合式血液净化治疗,效果显著,能降低血清炎性因子水平,且安全性好.

Objective To analyze the effect of combined blood purification with ulinastatin and penehyclidine hydrochloride on patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods Retrospectively selected 78 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2019,38 patients who received penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with blood purification treatment were selected as a control group,and 40 patients who received combined blood purification therapy with ulinastatin and penehyclidine hydrochloride as observation group.The efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels[serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)]before and after 2 days of treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(68.42%),the total effective rate in the observation group(90.00%)was higher(P<0.05);after 2 days of treatment,the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning who received combined blood purification treatment with ulinastatin and penehyclidine hydrochloride have significant effects,can reduce serum inflammatory factor levels,and are safe for the patients.
