中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on ulcerative colitis treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine

目的 评价中西医结合对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的治疗作用.方法 选择随机2019年1月~2020年1月消化科收治的UC患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规的西药治疗方案,观察组在西药治疗方案的基础上再给予中医辨证治疗,两组均连续治疗2个月1个疗程后评价疗效.结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者症状评价、肠镜下肠黏膜评价、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平较治疗前明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗UC能有效减轻炎症反应,促进结肠肠黏膜修复,临床疗效显著.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine on ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 200 cases of UC patients admitted to our hospital gastroenterology selected from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,the control group was given a conventional Western medicine treatment plan,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine based on Western medicine treatment plan.The two groups were treated continuously for 2 months a course to evaluate the efficacy.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),The symptom evaluation,enteroscopy evaluation of intestinal mucosa,tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in the two groups were compared,and the indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It can effectively reduce inflammation and promote the repair of colonic and intestinal mucosa in Ulcerative Colitis treated with integrated Chinese and Western Medicine.
