疾控机构人员继续医学教育现状及影响因素 被引量:4

Present Situation and Influencing Factors of Continuing Medical Education in CDC

摘要 目的调查疾控机构专技人员继续医学教育现状,探讨存在的问题,提出合理建议,为今后做好继续医学教育工作提供依据。方法通过发放调查问卷、深度访谈、调阅电子学分档案及召开专题座谈会收集数据。结果59名专业技术人员2016年—2017年度继续医学教育总学分、Ⅰ类总学分及Ⅱ类总学分均达到标准要求;学历和职称是影响得分高低的主要因素;目前参加的主要形式是培训学习(69.5%);更期待进修实践(54.2%)为教育形式;了解新知识、新技术(55.9%)为主要目的;影响专技人员参加积极性的因素主要为课程内容与实际所需不符(42.4%)。结论疾控机构较医疗机构更容易获得继续医学教育学分;疾控机构的继续医学教育可优先考虑地市级及以下疾控机构、中级及以下职称群体;建议充分利用现代信息技术提供形式多样的继续医学教育活动。 Objective To investigate the present situation of continuing medical education among professional and technical personnel of CDC,to explore existing problems,and to make reasonable suggestions to provide a basis for doing a good job in continuing medical education in the future.Methods Data were collected by issuing questionnaires,conducting indepth interviews,accessing electronic credit files,and holding symposiums including managers.Results The total scores of continuing medical education,classⅠtotal credits and classⅡtotal credits met the standard requirements;academic qualifications and professional titles were the main influencing factors;The main form is mainly training and learning(69.5%);the expected form is the practice of further education(54.2%);the purpose is mainly to understand new knowledge and new technology(55.9%);The factor is mainly that the content of the course does not match the actual needs(42.4%).Conclusion Disease control institutions are more likely to obtain continuing medical education credits than medical institutions;continuing medical education of disease control institutions can give priority to municipal and below disease control institutions,intermediate and below professional title groups;it is recommended to make full use of modern information technology for the majority of professionals.Technicians provide a variety of continuing medical education activities.
