摘要
目的评价PDCA循环法在医院新职工岗前培训中的应用效果。方法选择本院2016年7月—2019年7月526名新入院职工作为研究对象,将实施PDCA循环法培训前的242名新入院职工设为对照组,实施PDCA循环法培训后的284名新入院职工设为观察组,对两组培训对象的培训效果进行评价。结果观察组研究对象培训质量总评分为(96.7±1.4)分,高于对照组研究对象的(88.2±1.1)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组研究对象平均考核成绩为(94.7±1.6)分,高于对照组研究对象的(84.7±1.3)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法在医院新职工岗前培训中具有较好的应用效果,能够明显提升培训质量及培训效果。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of PDCA circulation method in pre-service training for new employees in hospital.Methods 526 new admission workers from our hospital from July 2016 to July 2019 were selected as research objects.242 new employees before PDCA training were selected as control group,284 new employees who were trained by PDCA cycle method were selected as observation group,evaluated the training effect of training subjects in two groups.Result s The total training scores of observation group was(96.7±1.4)points,which was higher than that in control group(88.2±1.1)points,The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average assessment scores of observation group was(94.7±1.6)points,which was higher than that in control group(84.7±1.3)points,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method has a good application effect in the pre-service training of new employees in hospital,which can significantly improve the quality of training and training effect.
