摘要
目的分析不同教学模式整合教学法对急诊科护士评判性思维的影响。方法以2017年1月—2018年1月间在本院接受教学培训的60名急诊科护士作对照组,该阶段展开传统教学模式;以2018年2月—2019年2月间在本院接受教学培训的60名急诊科护士作试验组,该阶段展开不同教学模式整合教学法,对比两组护士的评判性思维、综合成绩及职业认同感。结果教学后,试验组急诊科护士的评判性思维倾向量表中文版本(CTDI-CV)评分为(289.45±22.46)分,比对照组的(272.51±23.58)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护士的临床护理技能、急救护理理论知识及急救综合能力评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护士的职业认同感评分是(5.51±0.33)分,比对照组的(4.60±0.37)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同教学模式整合教学法在急诊科护士教学培训中的应用价值显著,有助于提升急诊科护士评判性思维、综合成绩及职业认同感。
Objective To analyze of the effect of integration of teaching methods in different teaching modes on critical thinking of nurses in emergency department.Methods 60 cases of emergency nurses who were received teaching training in our hospital from January 2017 to January2018 as the control group,at this stage,the traditional teaching model was launched.60 cases of emergency nurses who were received teaching training in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 as the experimental group,at this stage,the integration of teaching methods in different teaching modes was launched,the critical thinking,comprehensive performance and professional identity of the nurses were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the critical thinking disposition inventory-cinese version(CTDI-CV)score of the experimental group was(289.45±22.46)points,which was higher than the(272.51±23.58)points of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical nursing skills,theoretical knowledge of first aid nursing and comprehensive ability score of first aid of nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The professional identity score of the nurses in the experimental group was(5.51±0.33)points,which was higher than the(4.60±0.37)points in the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of teaching methods in different teaching modes in the teaching and training of nurses in the emergency department is of great value,which helps to improve the critical thinking,comprehensive performance and professional identity of nurses in the emergency department.
