“云-PACS”结合CBL在放射科临床教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探索利用云PACS系统结合CBL教学法在影像诊断学临床教学中的价值。方法将30名于2019年1月—2019年7月进入本科室临床学习的影像医学专业学生随机分为试验组(15名)和对照组(15名),试验组采用基于云PACS系统的CBL教学法,对照组采用传统PPT课堂讲授教学法;通过阅片及理论考试、学习效果自评调查问卷两种方式来评估两组教学效果的差异。结果试验组阅片能力、理论测试成绩、学习效果自评调查问卷评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于云PACS系统的CBL教学法在医学影像诊断学临床教学中具有较好的教学效果和应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the effects of CBL based on cloud PACS in the clinical teaching of medical imaging.Methods Totally,30 medical imaging students from January 2019 to July 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=15)and control group(n=15).CBL based on cloud PACS was applied to the experimental group,while,the traditional teaching method was applied to the control group.Results The scores of reading films skill and theory examination test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 for all),as same as the results of self-assessment questionnaire.Conclusion CBL based on cloud PACS has obviously improve the teaching effect of medical imaging at the initial stage of clinical wo rk,and has a good application prospect.
