摘要
目的探讨病例导入在口腔修复学临床教学中的应用价值。方法研究资料均为某院校口腔修复课程学生64名,研究时间为2018年7月—2019年7月期间,随机分组各32名,对照组展开常规教学方式,观察组实施病例导入教学方式,由学生主观评价学习兴趣度,并评价期中及期末考核成绩。结果观察组学生期中和期末理论、临床操作成绩均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组学生解决问题能力学习兴趣度96.88%高于对照组81.25%,比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在口腔修复学临床教学中采用病例导入教学方式可培养学生的学习兴趣,提高学生考核成绩,体现教学方式的价值。
Objective To study the cases of the import value of clinical teaching in oral cavity repair.Methods research materials are 64 course oral repair of a college student,study time is during July 2018 to July 2019,randomized 32,the control way of conventional teaching,observation group cases into teaching way,the subjective evaluation by the students interest in learning,and evaluate the mid-term and final examination results.Results observation group of students midterm and final theory,clinical operation result are higher than the control group,with statistical significance,P<0.05;Observation group of students problem-solving skills learning interest degree is 96.88%higher than the control group 81.25%,comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusions in clinical teaching in oral cavity repair the cases into teaching can cultivate the students’interest in learning,to improve students’examination scores,reflect the value of teaching methods.
