隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤的磁共振表现及临床病理特征分析

Magnetic Resonance Imaging,Clinical and Pathological Characteristics of Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberant

目的研究隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤的磁共振表现,临床特征和病理特征。方法回顾性分析在粤北人民医院2010年1月—2020年2月间33例经病理证实的隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤。分析这些病例的MRI平扫和增强表现,临床特征和病理特征。结果33例隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤,位于皮下软组织,均为单发。最多发生的部位为躯干(16/33),其次为肩部(9/33)。隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤MRI特征为,在T1WI序列呈稍低信号(28例),在压脂T2WI序列呈高信号(33例),增强后明显强化(30例)。隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤的病理特征,肿瘤细胞分布呈席纹状排列,33例CD34(+)。结论隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤的磁共振表现,临床特征和病理特征具有一些特殊的特点,为该疾病的诊断和治疗提供了依据。

Objective To study the utility of the magnetic resonance imaging,clinical and pathological features of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans(DFSP).Methods 33 cases of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analysised between January 2010 and February 2020 in Yuebei People’s Hospital.The MRI and enhanced images,clinical and pathological features of them were analysised.Results 33 cases of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans located in soft tissues under the skin All cases were single.The best location of DFSP was trunk(16/33),then shoulder(9/33).On MRI features of DFSP,there are a slightly low signal(28 cases)on T1 WI.there are high signal(33 cases)on lipid-pressing T2 WI.They was significantly enhanced after enhancement(30 cases).On pathological features,tumor cells are arranged in a striated pattern.All cases of CD34 were positive.Conclusion The features of magnetic resonance imaging,clinical features and pathological features of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans have some special characteristics,which provides a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
