摘要
目的探讨不同剂量的喷他佐辛预注对全麻诱导期血流量动力学以及脑电双频指数(BIS)的影响的效果,同时分析不同剂量的喷他佐辛用药后在全麻手术的有效性以及安全可靠性。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月来本院接收治疗的腹腔镜患者120例,随机数字法将120例患者平均分为三组,三组使用不同量的喷他佐辛进行静脉注射,而后进行全麻诱导,并对不同时间段的脑电双频指(BIS)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)等血流动力学参数值数进行记录。结果三组患者的一般资料状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组患者在气管插管时(t2)、插管后的第5分钟时(t3)这两个时间测量点的BIS、HR值、MAP值显著低于A、B两组;针对C组可以得出C组在t1、t2时刻的BIS显著上升,到t3时刻又逐渐下降。结论不同剂量的喷他佐辛预注对全麻诱导的血流动力学和BIS有着不同的作用,给药剂量为1.0mg/kg的喷他佐辛用于全麻手术的气管插管诱导期间血流动力学相比0.6 mg/kg、0.8 mg/kg更为稳定,可以达到高效安全的麻醉深度,抑制气管插管手术中所造成的一系列心血管损伤。在喷他佐辛预注全麻的治疗过程当中,喷他佐辛的治疗效果理想。
Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of pentazocine on hemodynamics and bispectral index(BIS)during induction of general anesthesia,and to analyze the efficacy and safety of different doses of pentazocine in general anesthesia.Methods 120 laparoscopic patients who received treatment in our hospital from May 2017 to May2018 were randomly divided into three groups.Three groups were injected intravenously with different amounts of tazocine,followed by general anesthesia induction,and the values of hemodynamic parameters such as BIS,HR and MAP were recorded at different time periods.Results There was no significant difference in general data among the three groups(P>0.05).The BIS,HR and MAP values of group C at the time of endotracheal intubation(t2)and 5 minutes after intubation(t3)were significantly lower than those of group A and B.For group C,the BIS of group C increased significantly at t,and t2,and gradually at t3.Decline.Conclusion Different doses of pentazocine have different effects on hemodynamics and BIS induced by general anesthesia.Pentazocine with dosage of 1.0 mg/kg is more stable than 0.6 mg/kg and 0.8 mg/kg during induction of tracheal intubation in general anesthesia operation.It can achieve a safe and effective depth of anesthesia and inhibit tracheal intubation.A series of cardiovascular injuries caused by tube surgery.In the course of general anesthesia with pentazocine,the effect of pentazocine is ideal.
