膝关节镜引导下胫骨平台骨折的微创治疗 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察和研究胫骨平台骨折患者行膝关节镜引导微创复位内固定术治疗的效果。方法研究选取的是2017年3月—2019年7月来我院治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者,共49例,将其根据不同的治疗方法分为两组,探究组的25例患者接受的是膝关节镜引导微创复位内固定术,对照组的24例接受传统的切开复位内固定术。比对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间以及住院时间。结果探究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间以及住院时间均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论胫骨平台骨折患者行膝关节镜引导微创复位内固定术的治疗效果较为理想,缩短了手术时间,促进了患者快速康复,并且术中出血量少,应用和推广价值较高。 Objective To observe and study the effect of arthroscopic guided minimally invasive reduction and internal fixation for tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 49 patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2019 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.25 patients in the exploratory group received knee arthroscopy-guided minimally invasive reduction and internal fixation,while 24 patients in the control group received traditional open reduction and internal fixation.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,fracture healing time and hospitalization time in the exploratory group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of arthroscopic guided minimally invasive reduction and internal fixation for tibial plateau fracture is ideal,which shortens the operation time,promotes the rapid recovery of the patients,and has less bleeding during the operation,and has a high value of application and promotion.
