附着龈重建在口腔种植修复中的应用效果

The Application of Gingival Reconstruction in Dental Implant Repair

目的探讨附着龈重建在口腔种植修复中的应用效果。方法选取本院口腔科2017年1月—2018年6月期间收取的84例口腔种植修复患者,按数字随机表法分为对照组(n=42)及观察组(n=42),分别采取传统补牙、附着龈重建术,比较两组修复效果及美观度。结果观察组术后附着龈颊舌(腭)侧宽度及角化黏膜宽度(5.21±0.35)mm、(2.64±0.39)mm均高于对照组(4.02±0.32)mm、(2.05±0.34)mm,术后恢复美观度Ⅲ度92.86%均高于对照组的64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后出血指数、探诊深度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔种植修复中应用附着龈重建,可提高修复效果,促使附着龈宽度的恢复,改善美观度,临床价值高。

Objective To investigate the effect of gingival reconstruction in dental implant repair.Methods 84 cases of dental implant prosthodontics patients were selected from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)according to the method of digital random table.Traditional dental prosthodontics and attached gingival reconstruction were used to compare the prosthodontic effect and aesthetics between the two groups.Results The width of buccal tongue(palate)side and keratinized mucosa(5.21±0.35)mm,(2.64±0.39)mm in observation group were higher than those in control group(4.02±0.32)mm,(2.05±0.34)mm,and the degree of aesthetic recovery after operation was 92.86%higher than that in control group(64.29%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The depth was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of attachment gingival reconstruction in dental implant prosthesis can improve the restoration effect,promote the restoration of attachment gingival width,improve aesthetics,and have high clinical value,which is worthy of popularization and application.
